Primo is run by [your legal name], a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada ("we"). We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and, where it applies, BC's PIPA. Questions or requests: [your Primo email].
This website
- No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The site is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.
- The "free audit" buttons open your own email app. We only get what you choose to send.
Streamers we contact about our service
- We only record public business information: your channel name and public links, public stream statistics (from Twitch and TwitchTracker), and a business email you published on your own website, link page or YouTube channel, along with where and when we found it.
- We never collect contact details from Twitch panels, Discord or private spaces, and we never buy lists or use email-finder tools.
- Every email says who we are and how to opt out. Reply "stop" and we'll stop the same day. We keep only your address on a do-not-contact list, so we never email you again.

Who else handles it (only to run the service):

Some of these providers store data outside Canada (for example in the US).
How long we keep it: working copies of your footage and files are deleted within 30 days after you leave. We keep invoices, the agreement, and a record of what you authorized (file names and dates, not footage) as long as the law or good practice requires.
We never: sell your data, post your clips on our own accounts without your written OK, or share your private numbers (analytics, earnings, sponsor terms) unless you agree or the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email [your Primo email] and we'll answer within 30 days. Removing our Twitch Editor role, or disconnecting an app in that app's settings, cuts our access immediately. If you're not happy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
Age
We work only with people who are 18 or older.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Clients get an email about anything significant.
